   _Do not speak just to impress someone, speak only what you truly mean. Hurtful words leave lasting wounds. Sincere actions bring comfort and trust. Character is shown through actions, not promises._

   _Be Genuine. False image may impress people for a while, but truth always reveals what masks cannot hide. Character is built by honesty, not appearances. Choose to be real, even when it’s difficult. Growth begins the moment you value integrity over perfection._

   _For an argument and a fight to take place, one needs another fool. Let no one pull you so low as to hate someone else. You cannot go far in life if you are easily distracted by people and things that have nothing to do with the good life._

   _No negative emotion is worth holding on to when you consider what it is doing to you. Countless people today are making themselves sick over things that don’t count because they let things get to them. The only person who can make you act in an unloving way is you. Only you can decide how you act._
