Create an emergency preparedness plan.
A short poem about how to handle a zombie invasion
It may seem dull to
Keep the petrol tank full,
And though people will mock it,
Keep car keys in your pocket
If you’re braces and belter,
Keep a well stocked shelter,
Keeps you dry when it rains,
And they won’t eat your brains
When the zombies descend,
Keep an eye on your friends,
They turn quick from survivors,
To undead unalivers
If not already said,
Keep your gun by your bed,
Check all cubicles too,
When attending the loo
Keep your mind sharp and clear,
By avoiding all beer,
If their eyes have stopped glinting,
Be prepared to start sprinting
You may find people sneer
That you’re living in fear
They will soon cease their chortle
As an undead immortal
If the moment arrives,
We will see who survives,
Was it he who was scared
Or the bloke who prepared?
So keep yourself ready
Hope it won’t get too much
And 28 days later
I’ll be back in touch
